Exchange with SILVERRUN ModelSphere
- It is now possible to bi-directionally exchange relational
data models with SILVERRUN ModelSphere
Target Systems
- With SILVERRUN-RDM 2.8 Data Types are supported for the
following databases:
- Teradata 4.1
- MS Access 2000
Coded Names
- When generating coded names SILVERRUN-RDM 2.8 now supports
composed expressions in the coded name dictionary.
Synchronization
- Temporary tables and columns are synchronized optionally.
Reports
- In the Design Document report column actions are now listed
in alphabetical order.
New Interface SILVERRUN-RDM for TERADATA
- Extended forward and reverse engineering of Teradata 4.1 is offered for

- Columns (names, types and default values)
- Primary, Unique and Foreign Keys

- Table check constraints
Interface SILVERRUN-RDM for ORACLE
- The action "ON DELETE SET NULL" has been added to the
action value list for Foreign Keys, i.e. RDM supports the integrity
rule that the value of the foreign key is set NULL if the reference is
deleted in the parent table.
